DODILog: Develop Opportunities to Digitalise & Innovate in the Agri-Food value chain´s Logistics
The DODILog project focuses on improving logistics in the agri-food value chain, specifically for potatoes and grains in Northwest Europe.
- The project brings together transnational partners to test techniques and tools that extend the shelf life of these products and reduce losses.
- Integrating smart detection and quality storage technologies will increase the capacity of storage hubs.
- Advanced non-destructive practices are tested and evaluated in both laboratory and real environments.
- The project also includes training, dissemination and engagement activities to support businesses.
The objectives include reducing energy consumption, crop losses, and insecticide use.
