- Optimise the monitoring of import and export freight forwarding activities, standardise operational practices, digitalise processes, improve team efficiency and peace of mind, enhance customer satisfaction, increase productivity and reduce paper-based processes.
- Design, together with operational teams, a "control tower" software solution capable of managing and monitoring the various stages of a transport flow, fully interfaced with the Transport Management System (TMS).
- Prepare the functional and technical specifications for the solution.
