- Organized solution demonstrations based on NATUP’s operational use cases, including both bulk and packaged goods flows.
- Assessed candidate solutions using a multi-criteria evaluation framework covering functional performance, costs, implementation timelines, IT interoperability, and partnership quality, and provided recommendations for vendor selection.
- Supported NATUP throughout the contract negotiation phase with the selected vendor, including offer analysis, commercial negotiations, and clarification recommendations.
- Managed the TMS deployment project over a period of 6 to 10 months, including user acceptance testing, test coordination, training support, go-live activities, and post-implementation assistance.
- Led change management activities within the organization, notably through the design and formalization of target business processes aligned with the selected solution.
