Identified relevant TMS vendors, distributed the request for proposal (RFP), and managed the tendering process involving 5 to 6 solution providers.

Organized solution demonstrations based on NATUP’s operational use cases, including both bulk and packaged goods flows.

Assessed candidate solutions using a multi-criteria evaluation framework covering functional performance, costs, implementation timelines, IT interoperability, and partnership quality, and provided recommendations for vendor selection.

Supported NATUP throughout the contract negotiation phase with the selected vendor, including offer analysis, commercial negotiations, and clarification recommendations.

Managed the TMS deployment project over a period of 6 to 10 months, including user acceptance testing, test coordination, training support, go-live activities, and post-implementation assistance.

Led change management activities within the organization, notably through the design and formalization of target business processes aligned with the selected solution.
