To ensure its long-term competitiveness and sustainability, our client wanted to modernise its information system and invest in a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Methodology:
- Analysed and formalised logistics processes, including receiving, put-away, order preparation and shipping operations.
- Prepared the WMS functional specifications and managed the tendering process.
