Extend the functionalities of an IT tool developed for end-to-end tracking of container transport orders, in order to address the specific requirements of conventional transport.
Working closely with Derudder’s teams, we adopted a step-by-step approach to:
- Identify and formalise the requirements of conventional transport operations.
- Prepare the functional specifications.
- Manage the development of the application.
- Deploy the tool with operational teams.
Our results
- Derudder’s teams rapidly benefited from an upgraded day-to-day tool for monitoring and ensuring the traceability of all transport operations, both containerised and conventional.
- Derudder’s customers gained greater responsiveness and improved shipment tracking.
