The project
As part of its growth, Artyfêtes Factory wanted to create a new Transport and Logistics Manager position. We supported them in:
- Conducting an in-depth analysis of the recruitment need and defining the job description.
- Searching for candidates through direct sourcing and job advertisements.
- Managing initial discussions and qualifying candidates.
- Selecting five candidates for in-depth interviews and assessing them both technically and personally.
- Preparing a shortlist of three candidates and presenting them to Artyfêtes.
- Holding discussions with Artyfêtes, providing recommendations for the final selection, and supporting negotiations for the candidate’s onboarding.
- Providing six months of support for the candidate’s integration within Artyfêtes, including monthly follow-up meetings on site and by video conference.
Our results
- Recruitment timeline successfully met.
- Successful integration of the selected candidate.
- Satisfaction among Artyfêtes teams, management, and the newly recruited employee.
- Greater confidence and reassurance within the company, while helping the new employee settle into the role.
- CIRCOE’s commitment to achieving results throughout the assignment.
- The candidate was still in position more than two years after joining the company.
